About Us

Since our humble beginnings in 2018, we are truly grateful to have been recognized as the best BBQ food truck in Las Cruces, New Mexico, in 2022. Our journey started with the simple goal of sharing delicious Southern cuisine, which was hard to find in the area, while also providing a warm and welcoming customer experience that makes everyone feel like family.

 

Like many businesses, we faced challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic, but we did our best to support our community through fundraising efforts and food giveaways. These experiences have shaped who we are today and strengthened our connection to the wonderful people we serve.

 

We're excited to say that we've been able to grow and adapt, even during tough times, and have expanded our menu to include delightful Caribbean dishes. With two standalone restaurants in different states, we're eager to introduce everyone to the unique blend of Caribbean and Southern flavors that Jay and Darnell bring together.
